Order Policy
All orders are processed and shipped from our international warehouse. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.
Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer returns or refunds once an order has been delivered.
All purchases are considered final sale.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will make it right.
To be eligible for a replacement:
- You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide clear photo or video proof of the issue
Once approved, we will send a free replacement at no additional cost.
Non-Eligible Cases
We do not offer replacements or refunds for:
- Normal wear and tear
- Incorrect usage
- Minor cosmetic variations
- Delays caused by shipping carriers or customs
Order Issues
Please ensure your shipping information is correct. We are not responsible for:
- Incorrect addresses entered at checkout
- Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered
